Not only did they not do the tire rotation, but they pretended to do the tire rotation by adding little finger marks on each one of my tires, even though they could have just done the tire rotation. I take a picture of all my tires so I know if they've been rotated, and in this case, they were not rotated. So, this is a well-deserved one-star review.

On the way to Orlando, for a family vacation one our family members had a blow out. We contacted Walmart for service and we were told they because we didn’t have an appointment they couldn’t service us. We were traveling with a family of 15 at the time (carpooling). We call Mavis to see if they could help us and when I tell you the service was excellent , which is an understatement. It was phenomenal. Tess ,the associate, was superb. The entire family was invited in and she assisted us in every way possible, from use of restroom, to charging electronic devices, to cooling us off with popsicles for everyone. I’ve never seen anyone go to this extreme to making people feeling welcome and taking off anxiety away from parents who’ve had it up to their butts. Thanks Mavis for your great customer services. We will definitely be serviced by Mavis in the future. #ONEHAPPYBUNCH #TEAMMAVIS

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at Mavis! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was outstanding. The receptionist, Tessa, was absolutely amazing—she was friendly, welcoming, professional, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The mechanic was also very helpful, taking the time to explain everything clearly and making sure all of my questions were answered. It’s hard to find a team that’s both knowledgeable and genuinely cares about their customers. I highly recommend Mavis and will definitely be coming back for future service. Thank you, Tessa, and the entire team for such a wonderful experience!

I had a great experience at Mavis thanks to Tess! She was incredibly welcoming from the moment I walked in and had such a positive, upbeat attitude that made the whole visit enjoyable. The service was also fast and efficient, and I was in and out much quicker than I expected. If you’re looking for great customer service, I highly recommend asking for Tess!

Went to go to midus had an appointment at 1:30pm got there at 1:20pm and was told it would be a 2 hour wait for our oil change appointment. Decided to go where I originally took my van for an oil change mavis costed $105 after coupon. Last time I came it was $87 with the coupon so not sure what changed. But still had to get an oil change. Oil change took about an hour and a half time frame. During this process I walked outside into the parking lot next to the garage door and my hood up van on the ground and 3 technicians just laughing having fun. ( Not saying you can't have fun and joke at work) When they noticed me looking at them they quickly went around the driver side of the van and all 3 walked away from my vehicle. Why does it take 3 people to change my oil. Did you even change my oil? No paper on the floor no cover over my seat. Cause not even 17 minutes later my van was done went inside to get the paper work then I'm told I need rear shocks both rear tires my brakes are good my battery is bad. And I need a tune up. My dash still says oil change required so they didn't clear that. And I didn't get the sticker to tell me my next mileage change. I don't know if each mavis sho
